I’m sure when I get them they will be lovely but yet to hear from delivery company that they are even out for delivery. Your products are always lovely quality. I didn’t know how to grade this in view of not yet being in receipt.

Very fast delivery and beautifully packaged and presented shoes.
Unfortunately the shoes did not suit me and looked heavy but that of course is a fault of my foot shape rather than the lovely shoes which were made of the loveliest softest leather.

Delighted to find LK Bennett online recently after the Manchester store closed down several years ago.

The top I bought was true to the colour shown on the website, tho’ I was a little disappointed in the quality of the fabric - lighter weight and thinner than I’d anticipated

Very accurate description of material, fit and sizing. Thanks to this, the dress fits well. The silk floats when walking, which is very flattering.

Great leather lace ups. Please do other colours next year also!

Very happy with the experience. The shoes arrived when I was advised they would especially when I had paid extra for next day delivery. The shoes fitted perfectly.

I ordered a dress on line, I was notified that it was sold out, but I have not been notified that I have not been charged for the dress.

Very rare I get to buy a pair of sandals from here but I just couldn’t resist these and they are beautiful.

My order didn’t come on time,I was refunded the next day postage .but I won’t get my daughters graduation day back for which the suit and dress was for.. So the postage refund was totally useless to me .A company I will no longer be buying from…

being informed of item out of stock after ordering, really love the patent leather court so much. but this seems to be fading out in the collection.... please bring it back

1. I like the design of the shoes, but wish there was a way shipping could be free or if there's a way to ease the hassle of international shipping.
2. When the two pairs I ordered showed up, it turned out that one of them didn’t fit, and one of the pairs was also the wrong shoe (not what I had ordered)
3. In the end, I paid for shipping to Singapore for shoes I had to return (and pay shipping for), and was also charged GST (equivalent of VAT) for the shoes I won't get to wear.
4. Much as I'd love the look of their shoes, I don't think it's worth the trouble or hassle.
5. On the service front, the support was good and prompt. A return label was made available in a timely manner. An offer was made to refund the shipping and hopefully the refunds would be sorted out. Thanks
